My Contributions
As the lead producer on this capstone project, my key responsibilities include the following:
Managing a team of 33 enrolled and volunteer students in the development of a polished multiplayer game, for expected release in Spring 2026.
Constructing an information- and task-management pipeline primarily based in ClickUp, accounting for usability, accessibility, and whether any given solution is the path of least resistance for all team members.
Regularly evaluating scope through an assortment of custom spreadsheets by means of asset tracking, performance reviews, and forecasts driven by data to-date.
Tracking, from week to week, tasks for each individual team member, ensuring that each discipline team is making progress at the trajectory necessary to hit rigid game milestones on time and without crunch.
Recruiting, alongside the game director, prospective team members both internal and external to USC over the course of several months, ultimately tallying over 100 individual applicants considered and interviewed.
